If you are renting a printer with RelaxRate, we offer you comprehensive service. If your product is not functioning as it should, please contact our customer service team. Our professional technical support specialists will inspect your printer and, if necessary, organize its repair or replacement.For purchased products
If you have purchased the product, you can return it only if it became defective during delivery or if a manufacturer's defect is identified. In such cases, please contact our customer service team. Upon contact, we will take your device and replace it with a new one.
